Roxanne Lothian College: Jamestown Community College Hometown: Johannesburg, South Africa Roxanne won four individual events and was part of four winning relays at the Northeast District/Region 3 Championships this weekend. She won all three Breaststroke events and the 400 Individual Medley wins the 100 Yard Breaststoke by more the ten seconds and the 200 Yard Breaststroke and 400 IM by more than thirty seconds. |
